The sole surviving member of the Apollo 11's three-person crew, who participated in the historic moon landing mission in 1969, is Buzz Aldrin, the second person to set foot on the moon.
Aldrin, who turned 93 on January 20, shared a statement on social media announcing his nuptials.
He claimed to have wed Dr. Anca Faur, his "longtime love," in a private ceremony in Los Angeles.
