Since a woman cashed in a $200,000 Powerball victory from an Upstate petrol station, one month has gone.

“I’m still pinching myself,” she told South Carolina Education Lottery officials.

Inquiring about her previous Powerball ticket while purchasing a new one at the Speedway in Greenville, SC, near 2500 Poinsett Highway.

According to officials, she was informed that she would have to travel to Columbia to claim the award.

She wasn't aware of how much money she was due until much later.

Her ticket for the drawing held on Monday, October 24 matched the red Powerball number and four of the first five white ball numbers (18 - 23 - 35 - 45 - 54 and PB: 16).

She increased her $50,000 win to $200,000 by spending an extra $1 for PowerPlay.

She texted her husband to let them know that the win was actually theirs from the Lottery's Claims Center. I love you, he texted back. "I love me too," she replied.

One in 913,129 people who play Powerball will win $50,000. When the jackpot exceeds $150 million, there is a 1 in 14 chance of selecting a 4X multiplier.
